Reiki a Japanese word pronounced Ray-key. Translated, it means Universal Life Force, or Guided Energy. Reiki healing can be used to heal everything. Anyone can receive a treatment. As long as the intention is for the highest, most benevolent outcome, for everyone concerned. . We humans always need a story to hold onto and it was Dr Usui from Western Japan who passed down his teachings and now there are thousands of Reiki Masters and Practitioners, spreading goodness and kindness across the world. Reiki embraces and enriches and has its own intelligence, because it comes from the cosmos.

What to expect from a treatment
The practitioner will place their hands on or over the client?s body, they remain fully clothed. The treatment lasts anything from 45 minutes to an hour and compliments other therapies beautifully. You will not be disappointed it is a very relaxing, beneficial, and often spiritually rewarding process. Costs is £25 for just over an hour.
