Coaching is a tried and tested way of helping anyone become more successful in any situation, its about you developing the skills to take responsibility for your life. Transforming self image, self worth and self belief. This enables you to become more confident and take control of your life and make the changes you want to make.

Have you ever wondered why you sometimes feel like you are constantly procrastinating? It feels like sometimes you can move forward in some areas, but not in others. This is where coaching comes in. By coming to terms with you?re limiting self beliefs, you can change your perception about yourself and the world around you. We all need a helping hand at times.

My objective is to be able to offer you coaching sessions that you can afford. Either way with the techniques that I use, I shall certainly get you thinking about your life differently from now on. I have a lifetime of experience and consider my methods to be high on Integrity, Value and Congruence.

Telephone Sessions £30 per hour. Visiting me is £35 per hour. There will be an initial intake session, which can be done by email where I will ask a few questions to get you into the swing of things.
