I started this self discovery journey as a teenager asking questions like ?why am I here? and ?what?s this life all about?.
Over the years I have conquered addiction and abuse and the like. I am coming to terms with who I am and beginning to embrace life.
The metaphysical journey began in 1995 when I completed a counseling course and embarked on studying Holistic Reflexology at The Alchemy Foundation in Hebden Bridge. The course not only looked at Reflexology but the Psychology of The Soul.

I then went on to become a Reiki Master and also studied Magnified Healing, Aura Soma level 1, E.F.T level 2 (emotional freedom technique)
I am now a Prot? student with The Coaching Academy and have trained for a Personal Performance Diploma in Coaching.
